Job summary

You will oversee feasibility analyses, entitlements, budgeting, and scheduling, while collaborating with investment, asset management, legal, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible real estate development experience.
• Proven success managing complex ground-up mixed-use developments.
• Strong underwriting, financial modeling, entitlement, and construction management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development lifecycle for multiple projects from feasibility to occupancy.
• Evaluate opportunities with financial, market, entitlement, and site analyses.
• Direct planning, zoning, permitting, and approvals processes.
• Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and external partners.
• Oversee design development, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution.
• Partner with investment, asset management, accounting, legal, and operations teams.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and overall financial performance.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Mentor and lead development professionals across departments.
