Job summary
Extell Development Company is seeking a Vice-President of Development to oversee all aspects of real estate development from concept through completion. You will coordinate with senior management to ensure milestones, budgets and quality standards are met, while guiding design reviews, proformas and financial analyses.
The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in multi-disciplinary teams, and a track record in large-scale residential/commercial projects, including Joint Ventures
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of real estate development, business management or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams across architecture, construction, and finance.
- Experience with joint ventures, project financing, and NYC market projects.
- Strong MS Office proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development on Extell projects and ensure milestones, budgets, and quality.
- Coordinate with executive leadership to align scope, budget, and schedule.
- Prepare and review project plans, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Interface with stakeholders including public agencies, communities, and management.
- Lead contract administration and vendor performance reviews.
