Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in real estate development for residential projects.
• Proven track record managing multifamily and/or condominium developments in Florida.
• Experience navigating local jurisdictions, permitting agencies, and construction teams.
• Knowledge of land acquisition, zoning, and entitlements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of luxury condominium and multifamily projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and due diligence.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants on project designs.
• Manage the entitlement process, securing approvals and permits.
• Oversee project turnover to property management teams.
