Job summary

Extell Development Company seeks a Vice President to oversee all aspects of the development process, coordinating with senior management to meet milestones, budgets, and quality standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in real estate development, business management or related activities in the development industry.
• Expertise managing multi-disciplinary project teams in architecture/design; construction/engineering; zoning/real estate law; sales/marketing; management/operations and finance/accounting.
• Experience developing/redeveloping projects with joint venture partners and project financing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development on Extell projects.
• Coordinate with Executive leadership to ensure projects meet budget, milestones, and quality standards.
• Initiate projects by coordinating the project team and defining scope and budgets.
• Deliver project plans with budgets, schedules, and approvals.
• Negotiate with architects, consultants, contractors, and sales teams; interface with stakeholders.
• Act as owner’s representative and maintain communication with agencies, groups, and senior management.
• Prepare government program applications and establish project operation procedures.
• Track costs, approve payments, monitor vendor performance, and mitigate Liabilities.
