You will work directly with the EVP of Design & Construction on strategy, sequencing, and major decisions, overseeing GC, design teams, and key trade partners on a complex

Qualifications

• 15+ years in high-rise construction or development leadership.
• Experience as PX/VP/SVP on large-scale urban projects.
• Developer or top-tier GC background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction executive team from preconstruction through delivery.
• Oversee GC, design team, and consultants on a $1B+ program.
• Drive budget, schedule, risk, and quality management.
