Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Vice President, Program Management to lead a growing program management team in Washington DC. The role focuses on mega rail projects delivered through CBTC transformation, coordinating design, construction and closeout with the client and stakeholders.

You will manage multi-project delivery, mentor staff, and ensure profitable performance while upholding WSP’s safety and quality standards. Requires 15+ years’ rail program experience and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in transit/rail projects.
• 5+ years international experience in CBTC projects.
• Proven delivery of major transit programs >$1B.
• Familiarity with WMATA or similar policies.
• Able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Lead mega rail program management on connected CBTC projects.
• Drive on-time and on-budget delivery across design-build phases.
• Develop and manage project management plans and controls.
• Mentor and develop staff; foster a learning culture.
• Engage with clients, agencies and stakeholders at executive level.
