Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Vice President of Quality, Safety & Patient Experience to design and drive an integrated program across the system. This executive leads quality, safety, equity, regulatory readiness, and patient/family experience, aligning system goals with hospital execution.

The role requires a transformative leader with 10+ years in healthcare quality and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or related clinical or quality discipline required.
• CPHQ or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness, or performance improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead the system-wide quality, safety, and patient experience strategy across the health system.
• Oversee governance, dashboards, and performance reporting to board level.
• Partner with nursing, medical staff, risk, infection prevention, and operations to improve quality.
