Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a transformative Vice President of Quality, Safety & Patient Experience to design and oversee an integrated strategy across the health system. The role requires guiding system-level quality, safety, equity, and patient experience initiatives with executive leadership and hospital partners.

The ideal candidate will drive measurable improvements in clinical outcomes, risk reduction, patient satisfaction, and health equity, while ensuring regulatory readiness

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• CPHQ or equivalent certification recommended.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare quality, safety, regulatory readiness, or performance improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and system-level change in a multi-hospital setting.
• Experience leading Quality, Safety and/or Patient Experience in a complex health system.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a unified quality, safety, and patient experience strategy across the system.
• Lead system quality governance councils and board-level reporting.
• Oversee quality teams and ensure seamless integration across care continuum.
• Translate strategy into action with frameworks for initiative deployment and accountability.
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing, infection prevention, risk management, and operations to improve quality.
