Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Vice President of Property Management to lead a portfolio of multifamily properties across the United States. This executive role focuses on strategic direction, client satisfaction, and revenue growth through strong leadership and operational oversight.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in multi-family property management, VP-level experience, and CPM certification preferred. Extensive experience with Yardi Voyager is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-family property management
• 10+ years of direct management experience
• 10+ years of experience in managing, expanding and developing relationships with clients at a senior level
• 2+ years of experience in a Vice President role
• Third party, multifamily experience required
• CPM certification is preferred
• Five or more years of experience in Yardi Voyager or other equivalent system is required

Responsibilities

• Understand the client and company’s business objectives to ensure maximization and satisfaction of client accounts
• Recruit, mentoring and performance management across the associate life cycle
• Serve as the strategic business partner responsible for revenue growth for complex clients and partners
• Achieve growth and operational KPI’s for portfolio clients
• Oversee the property’s annual budget, P&L statements, general ledger, and reporting for owners and leadership
• Lead client relationships including communications, planning, education, and issue resolution
• Provide subject matter expertise to ensure optimal product utilization
• Understand market landscape including pricing trends and client requirements
• Maintain expert knowledge of Avenue5 products and services
• Collaborate on RFP and RFI responses with sales and client services
• Perform other duties as assigned
