You'll ensure compliance with US GAAP, manage client relationships, and coordinate audits, while driving process improvements and collaborating with global Citco groups. Requires 8+ years in PE accounting and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• University/college degree in accounting or finance, or a professional designation.
• 8+ years in public or private equity accounting.
• Experience leading teams and managing client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage managers and staff to deliver PE accounting operations.
• Oversee NAV calculations, financial statements, and partner allocations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal/regulatory standards.
• Coordinate external audits and drive efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with global Citco teams on client service.
• Onboard and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
