Job summary

Citco Group Limited in New York is seeking a Senior Client Service Relationship Manager to lead portfolios of alternative asset clients and serve as the primary relationship contact across regions.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations and Business Development to deliver client-ready solutions, oversee complex private credit fund services, and manage multi-jurisdictional structures while driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in client service and managing client relationships of an alternative asset manager at a fund administrator or other similar service provider.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, margin analysis, and technical accounting skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage complex client relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar field; CPA designation a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across funds, acting as primary contact.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Business Development to meet client priorities.
• Prepare for client meetings and service reviews with clear plans.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address risks and escalations.
• Support account planning and revenue growth initiatives.
