Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager in New York to lead top-tier client engagements within the fund administration space. You will manage complex private credit client portfolios, engage with portfolio managers and CFOs, and coordinate cross-functional support to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires 10–12 years in client services within asset management, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in client service and managing client relationships in alternative asset management.
• Strong negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis and technical accounting skills.
• Strong leadership, project management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Bachelor’s in Accounting or similar field; CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients as the primary relationship contact or as part of a global account team.
• Represent Citco to clients across relevant products, services, regions and segments.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and maintain regular engagement.
• Identify client needs and coordinate development and delivery of client-ready solutions using Citco’s capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Technology and Business Development to execute client priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Prepare for client meetings and service reviews with effective planning and follow-up.
• Capture feedback and communicate client needs to internal teams; support account plans.
• Identify opportunities for revenue retention, growth and service enhancement.
