Citco is seeking a seasoned Client Services leader to manage strategic relationships with private asset clients and drive service delivery across onboarding, SLAs, and KPI reporting in a fast-paced fund administration environment. You will work closely with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in client service and managing client relationships of an alternative asset manager
• Experience in private assets fund administration and investor reporting desirable
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, margin analysis, and technical accounting skills essential
• Demonstrated leadership, multi-tasking, and project management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; CPA a plus

Responsibilities

• Strategic relationship management with C-suite executives and clients
• Oversee client onboarding, integration, and training on Citco systems
• Negotiate SLAs and manage KPI and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead profitability reviews and client P&L discussions with clients
• Support pricing models, fee proposals, and weekly CRM updates
• Coordinate with operations and other teams to ensure high-quality client service delivery
