Job summary

Publicis Health seeks an EVP, Business Lead to own the health, growth, and performance of a major client portfolio, typically two or more relationships and about $30M in revenue. You will drive organic growth, lead senior leaders, and ensure strong client engagement and financial performance.

You will align portfolio strategy, governance, and capability leadership to deliver value, integrate delivery, and build high-performing teams across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive leadership across complex client portfolios.
• Experience leading multiple client relationships with enterprise-level accountability.
• Deep healthcare marketing knowledge and regulatory considerations.
• Proven ability to drive organic growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio growth and client engagement across significant client businesses.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Medical and Data.
