Qualifications

12+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare communications, medical education, or life sciences.
Significant experience leading large client relationships and multimillion-dollar books of business.
Strong ability to grow client business while maintaining profitability and satisfaction.
Operational leadership including forecasting, budgeting, staffing and resource planning.
Experience developing high-performing teams with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the financial health, profitability, and stability of assigned accounts across multiple client relationships.
Translate client and agency priorities into clear business plans and team direction.
Lead client meetings, reviews, and planning discussions to drive growth.
Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and improve processes and outcomes.
Partner with leadership on staffing, workload planning, and operational improvements.
