• Ownership across at least three new-business pitches.
• Proven success expanding existing client relationships and revenue.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, executive presence and presentation skills.
• Experience in oncology, obesity, rare disease, or CNS preferred.
• Proficient with AI tools and day-to-day use judgment.
• Navigate a complex agency network with cross-functional mobilization.
• Strong self-management, prioritization and delivery in fast-moving env.
• Ambitious yet humble, collaborative and commercially minded.
• Willing to work regularly from NYC office to build relationships.
