Ogilvy Health US seeks a VP, Management Supervisor to lead a broad client relationship and own the strategic direction and financials of the business. You will oversee multiple account teams and serve as the primary agency leader in the eyes of client stakeholders and marketing leadership.

This role sits at the intersection of client partnership, department leadership, and commercial ownership—setting the vision for growth across strategy, creative, medical, analytics, and project management

Qualifications

• 12+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising experience.
• Proven experience owning financial responsibility for a client business, including forecasting and growth.
• Experience developing multi-tiered account teams and managing people.
• Polished presence and confidence representing the agency to clients and internally.
