Job summary
New York Preschool & Kids Club seeks a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead day-to-day and strategic operational excellence across all NYC schools and support functions. Reporting to the CEO, this role drives scalable systems, disciplined operating practices, and a culture of accountability to fuel growth and financial performance.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
- Minimum of 5 years leading multi-site operations across multiple locations.
- Experience leading leaders and managing large cross-functional organizations.
- Strong financial and operational acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across all NYPKC schools and corporate functions.
- Design and implement scalable operating procedures and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all locations.
- Partner with Finance to improve profitability and manage KPIs.
- Develop and coach a high-performing operations team.
