Responsibilities

• Provide Data-Driven, Network-Wide Organizational Leadership across Home Office operations and school support systems.
• Provide Team Management and Leadership for Network Operations Lead, Facilities, and Business Operations teams.
• Oversee Business Operations to drive attendance, nutrition, safety, health services, and regulatory compliance across the network.
• Oversee Facilities Maintenance & Repair to maximize asset performance and cost efficiency.
• Oversee Network Operations Lead Team to deliver high-quality operational coaching and support to Alliance schools.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Master’s Degree preferred
