Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital marketing or agency environments.
• Proven ownership of a significant P&L with revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong strategic and operational capabilities across paid/earned media, analytics, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the integrated Media organization (Paid and Earned Media).
• Own the $30M Media P&L, including growth, retention, and gross margin.
• Partner with COO/CEO on enterprise strategy and client outcomes.
• Build leadership and succession across SVPs, VPs, and Directors.
• Drive an innovation roadmap leveraging AI, automation, and analytics.
