Job summary

Ignite Visibility is seeking a Senior Director of Experience Strategy and Optimization to lead Creative and CRO strategy. The role blends experience strategy, creative direction, optimization, and senior leadership to win new business and strengthen client partnerships.

You will work across executive client conversations, sales solutioning, experience research, and cross-functional delivery, guiding teams in strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across digital experience strategy, UX, creative, CRO, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary Creative, UX/UI, research, or optimization teams.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research, customer journeys, usability, analytics, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Experience supporting new-business pitches, solution development, account expansion, or consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ignite’s Creative and CRO strategy function, including team development, staffing, utilization, quality, and performance.
• Develop experience-led strategies that connect customer research, UX/UI, creative, CRO, analytics, and Web Development.
• Support priority new-business pursuits by shaping solutions, participating in discovery, developing recommendations, and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities across existing client accounts and strategic partner networks.
• Lead digital experience audits, customer journey assessments, research initiatives, and optimization roadmaps.
• Translate research, analytics, and customer insights into clear, tangible recommendations that clients can understand and act upon.
• Establish repeatable methodologies, deliverables, case studies, sales materials, and quality standards.
• Partner with Creative, CRO, and Web Development teams to ensure strategic recommendations translate effectively into execution.
• Provide senior strategic oversight for priority client engagements while partnering with PMO and delivery leads on day-to-day execution.
• Develop recurring experience strategy, creative, and optimization offerings that can flex based on client needs.
• Help protect and grow strategic client relationships through stronger executive engagement, delivery quality, and proactive recommendations.
• Manage work within approved staffing, utilization, and margin expectations.
