Job summary

Inizio Evoke seeks a Senior Vice President, Media to lead marquee client relationships and build a scalable media growth engine. You will split time between executive leadership for top clients and driving growth through a 360-degree media capability.

You will guide strategic media initiatives across healthcare audiences, oversee pitches and new business, mentor teams, and partner with cross-functional leaders to elevate measurement, technology, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading media strategy within an agency environment.
• Deep healthcare and pharmaceutical media expertise.
• Experience leading complex client relationships.
• Storyteller and presenter with significant pitch experience.
• Experience winning new business and building agency capabilities.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel media, analytics and new technology.

Responsibilities

• Be the executive sponsor and strategic lead for one of our largest client relationships.
• Lead the agency's media pitch capability, developing the product, narrative, tools and team that fuel growth.
• Build trusted relationships with senior marketing and commercial leaders.
• Lead integrated media strategy across HCP, patient and consumer audiences.
• Guide annual planning, investment strategy, measurement and optimization.
• Identify opportunities to expand the partnership through thinking and delivery.
• Mentor diverse teams and enhance strategic thinking across the account.
• Partner with Evoke integrated services, including Account Leadership, Creative, Strategy Medical, Analytics and Engagement Planning.
• Build and evolve Inizio Evoke's media pitch product and go-to-market story.
• Lead media strategy for competitive reviews, RFPs and credentials presentations.
• Develop repeatable frameworks, planning tools and pitch assets that improve both quality and efficiency.
• Coach media leaders and SMEs participating in pitches.
• Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and shape winning strategies.
• Translate industry trends, AI, data and measurement progress into compelling client solutions.
• Represent the agency at client meetings, conferences and industry events.
