Job summary

OKX is seeking a Vice President of Engineering / Senior Engineering Director to guide strategic initiatives across core products and to lead engineering leaders and large teams for secure, scalable experiences. You will shape technical direction, improve cross-functional collaboration, and ensure architecture, execution, and operations align with the company growth strategy.

Responsibilities include aligning engineering delivery with product priorities, designing scalable workflows, mentoring

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading multi-tiered teams at Director or VP level.
Experience in high-scale product environments with diverse technical disciplines.
Proven success driving complex multi-team programs to launch in fast-growth settings.
Background in FinTech, SaaS, payments, consumer tech, or Web3 domains is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build consensus across business and technical teams.
