Aleut Federal seeks a Senior Vice President to lead the Mission and Technology portfolio in Northern Virginia, overseeing IT, cyber, engineering, and mission-support solutions for federal customers. The role demands deep federal market knowledge, a track record of growing profitable government contracting businesses, and strong executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of progressively responsible experience leading and growing IT, engineering, mission-support portfolios serving the federal government.
• Significant executive-level experience with profit-and-loss responsibility for a federal government contracting business or major business unit.
• Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of comparable scale and complexity.
• Proven record of achieving profitable organic growth and winning significant federal contracts.
• Substantial experience supporting Department of Defense customers.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition practices, contract vehicles, capture management, proposal development, and contract execution.
• Established relationships within the federal technology and government-contracting communities.
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, decision-making, and relationship-management skills.

• Establish and execute the strategic vision for the Mission and Technology portfolio.
• Serve on Aleut Federal’s senior leadership team and contribute to enterprise-wide strategy and priorities.
• Translate objectives into actionable portfolio plans, targets, and growth initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of federal technology priorities, market dynamics, and opportunities.
• Lead executive leadership for growth, capture efforts, pricing strategies, and major proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with federal customers and industry partners.
• Oversee portfolio P&L and ensure performance against contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing leadership team and culture.
