Aleut Federal, LLC is seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Mission and Technology to lead a roughly $150 million portfolio. The role requires strategic direction, strong operational leadership, and proven growth experience within federal contracting.

The successful candidate will drive profitability, oversee program performance, and cultivate customer and partner relationships while guiding a diverse team across Reston and Rosslyn offices in Northern Virginia.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience leading and growing IT, engineering, mission-support portfolios serving the federal government.
• Executive-level experience with profit-and-loss responsibility for a federal contracting business or major unit.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex, geographically dispersed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic vision for the Mission and Technology portfolio.
• Maintain P&L responsibility for ~ $150 million; deliver revenue, earnings, and growth.
• Lead growth initiatives, capture strategies, pricing, and major proposals.
• Engage with federal customers, industry partners, and senior Aleut leadership.
• Develop and retain a high-performing executive team and a culture of accountability.
