Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree; a master's is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership with focus on operations, growth, and financial accountability.
• Experience in insurance services, managed care, or related sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Managed Care division with oversight of Medical Management, Bill Review, PBM, and Ancillary Services.
• Set strategic direction, drive profitability, and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Partner with executive teams to drive growth, client outcomes, and vendor relationships.
• Present performance metrics and strategic initiatives to the Board.
