Qualifications

• Knowledge of workers’ compensation and liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage essential account set-up functions for new clients.
• Monitor service delivery for assigned client accounts.
• Develop stewardship reports and educate clients on claims trends and program impact.
• Conduct client visits and review performance and renewal readiness.
• Coordinate invoices, audits, and AR follow-up for clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal teams.
