Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in senior or executive leadership with an insurance brokerage environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic initiatives.
• Significant background in building goal-achieving teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance and employee culture within the platform.
• Collaborate with Central Operations to achieve growth objectives.
• Recruit and develop effective Producers within the Platform.
