You’ll drive safety, schedule, budget, and profitability while expanding our footprint through business development and strong partnerships. This role requires executive presence, pragmatic leadership, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction with focus on Hospital/Healthcare and Higher Education.
• Experience leading complex, schedule-driven, fast-paced projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, mitigate risk, and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen—understand drivers of profit, growth, and client satisfaction.
• Comfortable in boardroom and on site; effective negotiating contracts and resolving punch lists.
• Proficiency in Timberline Sage, Procore, and other PM tools.

Responsabilités

• Direct multi-project oversight in the Boston region, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Own the P&L for the region, monitor revenue, and manage risk to drive growth.
• Identify and close new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with estimating and marketing to develop winning proposals.
• Establish First Finish as the market face, building trust with clients and partners.
• Lead a high-performance, values-driven team with accountability and continuous improvement.
