• Lead supplier innovation and continuous improvement initiatives with key suppliers.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives with operations and procurement teams.
• Lead sourcing projects and manage cross-functional teams through end-to-end processes.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive long-term sourcing strategies.
