Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. seeks a Senior Integrated Business Planning Analyst to lead design, testing, rollout and performance monitoring for supply chain systems and interfaces.

You will act as a super user for planning tools and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and process excellence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• SAP experience (SD/PP/MM) or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of SAP & Supply Chain SAAS required.
• Anaplan experience preferred.
• SQL and/or Python experience preferred.
• PlanIQ and/or Machine Learning/Data Science preferred.
• Background in consumer-packaged goods industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes testing of system upgrades, equipment changes or new implementations to confirm requirements are met.
• Maintains and updates system-specific mapping and product coding.
• Develops and supports business and operation processing algorithms.
• Updates users on new functionality design and rollout of systems and tools.
• Assists users to review current processes for improvements and simplifications.
• Acts as Super User for Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning & Demand Planning and liaises with internal/external partners.
