Job summary

Smithfield Foods seeks an accomplished Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, to set enterprise-wide strategy for end-to-end supply chain, overseeing logistics, inventory, and transportation across a multi-site network. You will lead a ~40-site network, private fleet, and a plan to drive transformation and digital enablement.

You will report to executives, drive cost leadership, and enable business growth, with ~30% travel to align partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years of progressive senior supply chain leadership.
• Experience leading large multi-site, high-volume, perishable or CPG operations.
• Proven executive leadership, influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year supply chain strategy aligned to growth and cost goals.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain performance across network, transport, and inventory.
• Lead transformation initiatives including WMS, TMS, YMS and analytics.
• Manage executive-level relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and partners.
