Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an executive leader to drive enterprise front-office re-engineering across asset management platforms. You will set technology strategy, own delivery outcomes, and ensure scalable, cloud-native solutions with resilient engineering patterns.

Lead a global engineering organization (APAC, North America, EMEA) and oversee portfolio management, trading platforms, and AI-enabled software delivery for measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline required.
• 25+ years of experience in asset management technology, front-office engineering, portfolio management and trading platforms, investment data/IBOR, AI-enabled engineering, or large-scale technology transformation
• MBA, Master’s degree, CFA, PMP, Agile, SAFe, architecture, cloud, engineering, or AI-related professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expertise in front-office re-engineering, technology strategy execution, and building high-performing engineering organizations.
• Proficient in portfolio management, trading platforms, and AI-enabled software delivery within asset management technology.
