Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Head of Business Systems to lead the enterprise technology stack across GTM, Finance, HR, and Operations. You will own the multi-year roadmap and drive consolidation to enable scalable, integrated processes.

This role requires deep SaaS platform expertise, strong financial acumen, and a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams through rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business systems/IT with senior leadership at a high-growth company.
• Proven track record consolidating a sprawling tech stack into a scalable architecture.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of core SaaS business systems — CRM, ERP, financials, HRIS and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the enterprise systems strategy and multi-year roadmap across GTM, Finance, People, and Operations.
• Audit current technology landscape; streamline, consolidate, and rationalize the stack.
• Own architecture and integration of core business systems to improve data flow and reduce workarounds.
• Embed AI into core systems with attention to data privacy, security, and governance risk before production.
• Establish governance for system selection, implementation and spend; evaluate and adopt tech rigorously.
• Partner with CFO on technology investments, TCO, vendor strategy and contracts.
• Build and lead a high-performing Business Systems team across admins, analysts, and engineers.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting infrastructure, and trustworthy analytics across the business.
• Define and uphold security, access, and compliance standards across apps.
• Translate stakeholder needs into scalable system solutions and push back on process problems.
