TCAT Athens seeks a strategic Vice President of Finance and Operations to lead the college's financial, administrative, and operational functions. The executive reports to the President and works with the Executive Leadership Team to advance institutional goals while safeguarding resources and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or operations.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and personnel.
• Demonstrated knowledge of governmental accounting principles and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive oversight of the College's financial, administrative, and operational functions.
• Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets; oversee accounting, payroll, and procurement.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting; monitor cash flow and financial performance.
• Coordinate audits and implement audit recommendations; manage internal controls and risk.
• Oversee grants administration, HR, Financial Aid, facilities, and procurement operations.
