Job summary

Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts seeks a President-level leader to serve as Vice President of Administration and Finance, overseeing financial and administrative operations and aligning resources with institutional strategy.

The role reports to the President and directs IT, Facilities, Fiscal Affairs, HR and Student Financial Services, guiding budget development and risk management across the college.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of senior financial/administrative management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership of financial and administrative operations.
• Lead development and management of the budget and allocation of fiscal resources.
• Ensure fiscal accountability and improve operations across administrative services.
• Oversee departments including IT, Facilities, Fiscal Affairs, HR and Student Financial Services.
• Provide strategic financial leadership and support on investments and alliances.
• Negotiate contracts and guide capital planning and technology strategy.
