Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• At least ten years of progressively responsible supervisory experience across major functions including finance, budgeting, facilities, IT, HR, purchasing, and campus operations.
• Ability to interpret financial information, build budgets and forecasts, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate with governing boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide institutional leadership and resource decisions.
• Advise President on financial, staffing, technology, facilities, and service implications of strategic choices with cost/benefit analyses.
• Lead annual budget process aligned to strategic plan and priorities with clear reporting for budget managers.
• Develop multiyear revenue, enrollment, expenditure, staffing, and capital scenarios; identify funding and savings opportunities.
• Set annual goals for Operations division and build leadership across the portfolio.
