Job summary

Evolver is seeking an Executive IT Technician: VIP Support Specialist to join our team, delivering premier Tier II IT support for USDA executive users in Washington, DC. This role requires US citizenship and readiness to undergo a Government Background/Badging Investigation.

The specialist will provide timely, professional assistance, maintain SLAs, and work closely with System Engineers to resolve complex issues, install and patch software, manage devices, and document all actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in workstation and laptop support.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and MS Outlook/SharePoint/OneDrive/OneNote.
• US Citizen and able to pass a Government Background/Badging Investigation.
• Willingness to work on-site in Washington, DC daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier II IT support to VIP USDA users and meet SLAs.
• Address issues with PCs, printers, mobile devices, and network clients.
• Maintain PCs, patch management, and install/setup peripherals.
• Install and maintain client software and address security concerns.
• Log inquiries with Remedy or similar ticketing tools and track history.
• Engage Executives professionally and coordinate with System Engineers.
• Build strong relationships with end-users and support teams.
