Job summary

Revolutional in Washington, DC (onsite) seeks a Technical Support Analyst (Tier II) to maintain enterprise IT systems in a high-security federal environment. You will install, configure, and secure mission-critical infrastructure while delivering hands-on end-user support.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, Security+ certification, and 3+ years of IT support or system administration experience. Flexible shifts and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
Security+ certification is required.
3+ years of IT support or system administration experience.
Willingness to work flexible shifts (6am–2pm ET or 2pm–10pm ET).

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and patches.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
Implement security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access.
Conduct security audits and apply updates as needed.
Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Set up and manage user accounts and access controls.
Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions and test regularly.
Document system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
Generate reports on system performance, capacity, and security posture.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
