Job summary

Priority-One-Credit-Union seeks an accomplished executive to oversee daily operations, marketing initiatives, and risk management while aligning with the organization’s goals to drive growth and performance.

The role reports to the Senior Executive and supervises the Director of Operations and Manager of Marketing and Business Development, promoting a high-performing, compliant, member-focused culture across branches and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or operations.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience within a financial institution.
• Executive or senior leadership experience overseeing multiple operational areas.
• Strong knowledge of DFPI and NCUA requirements, BSA/AML and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of branch operations and regulatory compliance.
• Lead development and execution of Operations, Marketing, and Business Development strategies.
• Manage departmental budgets and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality service.
• Collaborate with the COO and Senior Management on short- and long-term strategic plans.
• Promote a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop the leadership team including direct reports.
