Job summary

Planview GmbH, Software & Consulting is seeking a Customer Value Advisor in the United States. In this role, you'll own the economic buyer relationship across enterprise accounts, promoting value realization and executive engagement.

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded customer success professional experienced with executive-level conversations. You will work to ensure that customers realize the full value of their investments in Planview’s AI-powered portfolio management solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic customer success manager or account executive managing $250K+ ACV deal sizes.
• Demonstrated executive presence in C-suite conversations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
