CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Caremark Underwriting leadership by researching, validating, and synthesizing information for time-sensitive decisions. The role emphasizes Excel-based analyses, SQL data handling, and working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in analytics or underwriting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with relational databases. Full-time in the US with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Formación

• 2 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, finance, underwriting, actuarial, forecasting, or related quantitative discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and structured modeling (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL concepts for data extraction, validation, and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Research & issue resolution support for ad hoc requests and leadership readouts.
• Model output investigation and variance analysis across pricing and forecasting tools/models.
• Cross-functional coordination with stakeholders across underwriting ecosystem to validate results.
• Build and maintain side analyses (primarily in Excel) to validate assumptions and quantify impacts.
• Data handling and querying of structured datasets; SQL hands-on or using standard tools.
• Documentation and knowledge management to reduce rework and ensure traceability.
• Prepare meeting briefs and capture action items; represent leadership when needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring requests and improve templates.
