Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead large-scale life insurance transformations, shape client agendas, and cultivate executive relationships across multiple engagements.

You will drive program governance, oversee architecture and data workstreams, and sponsor growth through account leadership, proposal shaping, and strategic initiatives across life, annuity, and group benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of consulting, insurance, or transformation experience.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise programs with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Executive delivery leadership for strategic transformation programs.
• Build and sustain executive stakeholder relationships at CIO/COO level.
• Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, and governance.
• Oversee architecture, data, integration, and change management activities.
• Drive growth through account leadership and new business opportunities.
