EY seeks a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice. In this leadership role, you will drive large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients, shaping client agendas and executive relationships.

You will lead complex engagements, manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee governance, and advance AI-enabled delivery and analytics across multiple portfolios. EY offers a path to grow within a global advisory network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years of consulting/insurance transformation experience.
• Proven leadership of large-scale programs with multi-workstream delivery.
• Strong executive relationships and business development track record.
• Experience with policy administration platforms and life/annuity value chain.

Responsabilités

• Serve as executive delivery leader for strategic transformation programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple engagements and vendors.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Oversee program governance, risk, and financial performance.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery methods and data analytics across engagements.
