Job summary

Qcells is seeking a Tour Specialist at its Cartersville facility to manage end-to-end visitor experiences. You will coordinate requests, agendas, and ambassadors, ensure accurate guest records, and provide a professional on-site presence for all tours.

Responsibilities include registration in iLobby, preparing spaces and materials, and handling post-tour follow-up. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, visitor services, executive support, communications, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and schedule changes.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional presence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and calendar management tools.
• Experience with visitor management systems such as iLobby is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end tour experiences for guests visiting the Qcells Cartersville facility.
• Manage tour requests, dates, attendees, and locations; maintain master tour calendar.
• Develop agendas and coordinate ambassadors and speakers for tours.
• Register guests in iLobby and provide arrival instructions and safety details.
• Prepare meeting spaces and tour materials; ensure smooth transitions between activities.
• Provide post-tour follow-up, surveys, and reporting to improve the visitor experience.
