Job summary

The Tour Specialist at Qcells Cartersville Facility coordinates and manages the end-to-end tour experience for guests, serving as the central contact for requests and ensuring visits are well-planned and executed.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders, ambassadors, speakers, guest check-in, agendas, and post-tour follow-up, maintaining records and delivering a professional visitor experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, visitor services, or related.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tour requests, schedules, and master calendar.
• Develop agendas and coordinate ambassadors and speakers.
• Register guests in iLobby and provide arrival instructions.
• Prepare meeting spaces and tour materials; support day-of execution.
• Send post-tour communications and collect feedback for improvement.
