Job summary

Qcells North America seeks a Tour Specialist to manage end-to-end tour experiences at the Cartersville facility. You will coordinate ambassadors, speakers, agendas, and guest registration, ensuring professional planning, communication, and execution across multiple tours.

Based onsite five days a week, you will maintain records, guide internal stakeholders, and support post-tour follow-up to continuously improve the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, visitor services, executive support, communications, operations, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and schedule changes.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional presence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar management tools; iLobby experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and manage all tour requests; confirm dates based on availability.
• Maintain the master tour calendar and communicate schedules to stakeholders.
• Coordinate agendas, ambassadors, and speakers for various manufacturing areas.
• Register external guests in iLobby and provide arrival instructions.
• Prepare meeting spaces and tour materials; support on-site execution and check-in.
• Conduct post-tour follow-up and maintain tour records; analyze feedback for improvements.
