Job summary

ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a strategic Vice President, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, equity, and executive rewards decisions across the enterprise.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the CHRO, CEO, leadership team, and Board, shaping reward philosophy and long‑term shareholder value. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at the Princeton, NJ office at least three days per week, with relocation considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR, economics or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred; CCP/CEBS or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum 15 years’ progressive Total Rewards experience with 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in publicly traded pharma/biotech or life sciences preferred.
• Experience supporting Board Compensation Committees and proxy disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Total Rewards advisor to CHRO, CEO, ELT and Board; lead executive compensation planning and benchmarking.
• Design, develop, and present executive compensation recommendations and proxy disclosures.
• Oversee equity budgeting, LTI programs, and governance with Legal, Finance and external advisors.
• Lead enterprise compensation strategy, salary structures, market pricing and job architecture.
• Manage Payroll, HRIS, reporting analytics and process automation for scalable operations.
• Develop and execute US and international benefits strategy and vendor management.
• Drive regulatory compliance with SEC, IRS, ERISA, ACA and employment laws.
