Job summary

AEP is seeking a senior technology leader to direct strategic initiatives within a Business Unit technology domain. You will guide teams, manage executive technology services, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities include executive escalation management, technology strategy, stakeholder relationships, and governance. Travel up to 25% and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related technical field is required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of technology experience; 4-6 years of direct supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Support Operations and Escalation Management by managing a team of technology professionals and serving as the primary escalation point for executive technology issues.
• Own Executive Technology Experiences by providing strategic oversight and operational readiness for Board meetings and other high-profile executive events.
• Drive Executive Collaboration, Mobility, and Endpoint Services by establishing support strategies, service standards, and improvement initiatives.
• Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships with executives, internal technology teams, vendors, and external service providers.
• Develop and Execute Technology Strategy for Executive Support by managing vendor relationships, roadmaps, and service improvement initiatives.
