Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of technology experience; 4-6 years of direct supervision preferred.
  • Experience leading executive support operations and incident management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Executive Support Operations and Escalation Management by managing a team of technology professionals.
  • Own Executive Technology Experiences for Board meetings, executive leadership events, and other high-profile executive events.
  • Drive Executive Collaboration, Mobility, and Endpoint Services by establishing support strategies and lifecycle programs.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships with executives, executive administrators, internal technology teams, vendors, and external service providers.
  • Develop and Execute Technology Strategy for Executive Support team by managing vendor relationships, metrics, roadmaps, and service improvements.
  • Participate in after-hours support activities and travel up to 25% to support executive events.
  • Ensure continuous readiness for high-visibility meetings and events.
